IRS Payments - Florida Tax Solvers

IRS Payments

I’m tax attorney Steve Klitzner. My practice is dedicated solely to representing individuals and businesses with IRS problems.

Sometimes people have a different sort of problem with the IRS. They owe a lot of money, and they actually can afford to write a check and pay it. They come to my office and say, “Well, what can you do for me? Can you save me any money?”

Well, the answer’s no, not initially, because if you’ve got the ability to pay, the IRS isn’t going to make you a deal for less.

But there are three things that I can offer you that can be very valuable. First of all, I’ll find out exactly what you owe so you that can pay what you owe on the day you want to pay it because interest goes up every day.

The second thing I can do for you is, when you do pay the tax, I’ll get that tax lien that the IRS filed withdrawn as opposed to released. And by withdrawing it, it would be as if it never existed. That should restore your credit.

Then the third thing I can do is if there’s reasonable cause why the taxes weren’t filed on time or paid on time, I may be able to save thousands of dollars with a penalty abatement. We’ve done that several times. When everything’s been paid, the IRS will actually give back money because we had reasonable cause, and the penalties get abated.

Call me to discuss penalty abatement, lien withdrawals, and other issues. I’m Steve Klitzner. Contact me at:
