Bankruptcy to Discharge Tax Debt?

Now here’s something that not a lot of folks know, and that is that bankruptcy can actually discharge IRS taxes, only personal taxes, not business taxes, if the taxes were filed more than 2 years ago and they’re more than 3 years old and they’ve been assessed for more than 240 days. But that’s a very general way to explain it.
