Paying Unfiled Tax Returns – IRS Tax Problems

I estimate about 85% of the people that see me for the first time have at least one unfiled tax return, and this is a big problem, because the IRS won’t make a deal with you if you don’t have all your tax returns filed. In fact, they will continue to levy your bank account and levy your wages until all your returns are filed. So that’s the very first thing we do when someone comes in to see us. We make sure all the tax returns are filed. Then we’re in a position to make a deal with the IRS.
