IRS Tax Law

Hi. I’m tax attorney Steve Klitzner, and all I do in my practice, as an attorney, is representing individuals and business with IRS problems. Sometimes it’s because the IRS is auditing, sometimes it’s because the IRS wants you to pay money that you may not  have.

If you have a problem in any other area of law, whether it’s opening a business, starting a corporation, maybe tax planning, I don’t like tax planning, that would put me out of business, or even an international tax problem, I’m not the guy to call.

Although you could do it, you could call me. I’ll refer you to a competent, a very good attorney that can handle whatever area of law that you have a problem with.
